情 Emotions (Tier 3)

The Chinese character for the emotions has two parts: the heart is on the left, and the green-blue of life is on the right. It gives the image of movement as a surging force.  Emotions express themselves through the dynamic of our constitution and our environment. In this workshop, we will look at emotions as a form of light that colors us and moves within and without us. We will observe how emotions reside within the essences of the zang/organs and manifest as expressions in being. The process combines internal qigong practice and individual intuitive exploration based on the Chinese 5-Element Theory, as Daria called it, Contemplative Action.

LOCATION: 115 Wooster Street, Soho, NYC (buzz Dance Studio, 2nd floor, left)

Tier 1 $350 - Tier 2 $280 - Tier 3 $220

Payments are structured with options that reflect how income is distributed: 

• Tier 1 allocates a percentage to support students with financial difficulties

• Tier 2 shows your generosity to the teacher

• Tier 3 is the bare minimum to make the teaching happen
