The Inner General: Navigating Chaos with Wood & Spring Energy

A Workshop on Transformation, Strategy, and Social Connection

Spring is not a gentle season. It is a season of immense pressure—the force of a green shoot cracking through concrete. In our current world, we often experience this primal "Wood Energy" as frustration, irritability, or a sense of being "stuck." But what if that friction is actually the engine of your next great transformation?

In this workshop, we dive into the ancient Taoist perspective of the body as a sacred state. While the Heart acts as the Monarch, the Liver and Gallbladder serve as the Ministry of the Army. When the world feels chaotic, our internal "General" often goes into overdrive, leading to burnout and anger.

Together, we will explore:

  • The Power of the Pivot: Learn how to transition from "Stuck Energy" (stagnation) to "Strategic Action" (growth).

  • The Ministry of the Army: Understand how to channel the Liver’s tactical power and the Gallbladder’s decisiveness without succumbing to the "heat" of anger.

  • Social Interconnectivity: Discover how our individual Wood energy feeds into the collective social fabric. When we heal our internal "Army," we become better equipped for external connection.

  • The Architecture of Balance: A look at how the other ministries—Finance (Kidneys), Agriculture (Spleen), and Justice (Lungs)—support your inner Monarch during times of upheaval.
