This workshop will focus on the force relating to birth and renewal: the wood energy as it specifically pertains to the Year of the Fire Horse. In this particular fast-paced momentum year of the Fire, how to look at the vision of our life and the force this year brings forth to manifest it. The path that we see is knowledge, interconnectivity, and the surge into action.
Physically, the spirit of the Wood dynamic agent is in our liver and gallbladder. The liver oxygenates the blood, and the gallbladder acts as a catalyst for digestion. When both are healthy, we get a sense of flow between Heaven and Earth, a sense of balance between rooting and expanding towards the sky–which manifests in our tendons or sinews, which allows us to connect all parts of our body and move swiftly.
The works will involve Ironshirt Qigong' and the intuitive exploration of wood energy, a conduit for our imagination and invocation of this New Year of the Wooden Snake.

All are welcome. There is no prerequisite; we all learn from each other.

Payments will be structured with options that reflect how income is distributed: 

• Tier 1 allocates a percentage to support students with financial difficulties

• Tier 2 shows your generosity to the teacher

• Tier 3 is the bare minimum to make the teaching happen
