This is an immersive, extended weekend where we will explore entering the gate of the summer solstice, the peak of the Fire Horse’s season, which is symbolically to run free and joyfully. It’s the utmost expression of the Heart energy.

The idea behind this retreat is PLAY using the Chinese 5 Element Theory to enter into the dynamic of the 5 Elements as the play of all that surrounds and composes us as physical, emotional, energetic, intellectual, causal, spiritual, and embodiment.
