LOCATION: 115 Wooster St., 2nd Fl,  buzz Dance Studio Soho NYC

Building on our weekly sessions, this workshop offers time to dive deeply into each element. We will engage with experiential theory and Dao Yin, a Taoist floor practice that releases the psoas and channels heart energy to warm the kidneys. Through contemplative exploration across physical, emotional, energetic, and intellectual modalities, we will experience the subtle connections within water energy, integrating the kidneys, bladder, bones, and vital sexual energy.
