A self-paced, experiential 9-month program to elevate external and internal Taoist practices through movement, contemplative practices, reading, and discussion.

This program is intended for students who are motivated to commit to taking their individual practice to the next level through a multilayered approach that includes movement, theory, and contemplative practices such as sitting meditation and any creative process

This program is a self-paced study in which we meet online every 3 weeks for the New and Full Moon over 9 months, with the initial and final meetings in person as a week-long retreat.

During these online meetings, we will practice together and engage in dialogue to enrich theoretical knowledge and deepen the experiential aspect of the practice. 

The program is designed to engage students individually and as a cohort from different perspectives- physically, emotionally, energetically, intellectually, and spiritually- allowing students to go beyond intellectual cognition in a state of inner confidence and openness. Upon finishing the program, students will have the experience to teach if they wish.
