July 23 to 26, with morning classes running from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM (online and in-person)

These classes will be highly focused. Unlike my usual teaching style, this week's goal is to help you fully master and take ownership of a specific practice. We will dive deep into a dedicated set of exercises and a meditation, leaving plenty of time for questions. By the end of our four days together, you will thoroughly understand these movements and be fully equipped to practice them confidently on your own.

What We Will Practice:

  • Qigong Movement: Thunder Tendon Qigong

    • A powerful form that works directly through the spine and its complex interconnections with the nervous system and internal organs.

  • Meditation: Full Awareness of Breathing (by Thích Nhất Hạnh)

    • A profound practice based on the Four Establishments of Mindfulness (body, feelings, mind, and mental objects) and the Seven Factors of Awakening (mindfulness, investigation, energy, joy, tranquility, concentration, and equanimity), taught as an integrated meditation in 16 sequential parts.

This is a wonderful opportunity to experience practicing together in a dynamic, workshop-style environment. We will spend dedicated time on each part of the teaching, unlocking its core so you can access all the depth and layers the practice offers.
