  • Workshops  $130 ** – To Register: click the Workshop on the date you wish to attend on the calendar below 

**For Workshop Weekends (workshops on both Saturday and Sunday), a bundle package is offered at a 15% discount. Email us at coremotionprogram@gmail.com with the name of the workshops. We will send you a link to register.

The class is qigong-based with an intuitive Chinese Five Element Theory approach.

MEDITATIVE ABSORPTION Weekly
Fridays 8 AM - 9 AM, online 
We are a small group, and the class allows us to dive into our reality experience and shed what holds us back from open awareness. We contemplate ancient Taoist and Buddhist texts to guide us to meditative stability beyond the sitting meditation itself.
